Before design work starts

After the booking amount

The booking amount covers design time. Replace this paragraph with the studio’s own rule on what is refundable and when.

After the order is placed

Once procurement begins, materials are bought and cut to your specification. Refunds at this stage cover only the amount not yet committed to materials and labour, and we show you the working.

If we cause the delay

If the delay is ours and not caused by the site, the building or a pending decision from you, we do not charge for the extra days. Where the quotation includes a delay clause, it applies as written.

How a refund is paid

Refunds go back to the account the payment came from, within fifteen working days of the settlement being agreed in writing.
