Scope of work
Every project is governed by the signed quotation and the approved drawings. Anything not written in those documents is not part of the scope. Additions are quoted separately and start only after you approve them in writing.
Payment schedule
The payment stages for your project are set out in the signed quotation. Replace this paragraph with the studio’s own schedule before the site goes live.
Approvals
Drawings, materials and colours are confirmed by your written approval. Once approved, changes are treated as new work and priced before we act on them.
Timelines
The programme in the quotation assumes the site is ready, lift access is available and building permissions are in place. Delays caused by the building, by utilities or by late client decisions move the delivery date by the same number of days.
Warranty
Replace this paragraph with the warranty the studio actually offers, and what it does not cover.
Photography
We may photograph completed work for our portfolio. We ask for your written permission first, and we leave out your name if you prefer.
